Each invitation is individually created to introduce your special occassion; prices vary depending on the simplicity or complexity of design and materials. Factors that determine cost include the number of pieces, type of papers, the style of the invitation, the embellishments (i.e.: ribbon ties, specialty ties, flowers, etc), whether a reply card and other accessories are required and whether the envelopes for the invitation and reply card are printed with your address. Upon consultation, we would like to present you a complete quote of your invitation package.

  • You will receive proofs for all aspects of the invitation and it’s counterparts, prior to completion. Preferably, we like to send proofs via email (PDF format), but we can also accommodate if you do not have email and send by US mail or fax. Please keep in mind this adds additional time to the proofing stage.
  • When you receive a proof, minor changes can be made at no additional charge. You can keep the proof; however, we ask you send an approval signature via fax or email.
  • We will send a final draft with your choices and any corrections from the first set of proofs for you to sign off on. wi
  • If you would like us to scan and use a graphic of your own, let us know during the initial consultation stage.
  • Once we receive your approval signature, your invitations will be printed assembled and sent to you within 4 to 8 weeks.
  • A 50% deposit is required in order to start your invitation order. Once invitations are completed, the remaining balance will be required immediately.
  • Rush service may be available: Rush Service may be available on your order for a 20% additional fee ($40 minimum): A Rush order is defined as an order that must ship in less then 4 weeks. Proofing may be done via email, FedEx or Priority Mail ($16.50 extra for FedEx or $12.50 for Priority) to speed up the process.
  • Shipping charges will be added at the final billing. Generally, shipping will be UPS, US Priority mail 2-Day, and FedEx. Shipping charges will be determined by the order and final destination. This charge will be added on your final invoice.
  • All printed items are done on a high resolution, laser printer.
  • Please allow additional time for orders over 200.
